La Tour Blanche is a small traditional village with approximately 480 inhabitants.  It is located in the Périgord Vert area of the Dordogne region of France near the towns of Brantôme and Riberac, not far from the capital Perigeaux.

On the hill between La Tour Blanche and Circles is a 'Moulin a Vent' (windmill), this is a lovely 30 minute walk from our B&B and an ideal destination for a picnic.  The grounds are open year round and the windmill itself is open to visit in July and August and the site provides an elevated view of the village.
